Here’s a wonderful dessert recipe from our friends at Gluten Free Easily.
These delicious Almond Coconut Chocolate Truffles will melt in your mouth, and are sure to impress your guests.
We like this recipe because it utilizes 3 of our products, Coconut Manna™, Hempseed, and our Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil.
This variation on a traditional confection recipe is great for folks looking to get away from traditional cooking oils.

¼ cup Nutiva Coconut Manna™
3 tbsp Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
¼ cup Nutiva Organic Hempseed
¼ cup almond flour (I used Honeyville)
2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup), or more to taste
about 2 tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet chocolate chips)
Mix all together and roll into 1-inch balls.
Roll into cocoa powder, coconut flakes, or finely chopped nuts, if desired.
Store in refrigerator when not being served. Let warm to room temperature slightly before serving.
