BananaPomaBerry Hemp Shake

Hemp Protein Powder is a great addition to any shake or smoothie to boost the flavor and protein.
This recipe is from a Nutiva Recipe Club Member who wanted to share their favorite morning shake.

Ingredients:

1 Medium Banana
1 Ice Cube of Juiced Pomegranate
1 tsp of Acai Powder
1 Serving of Nutiva Organic Hemp Protein 50% Powder
8 oz of Cold Filtered Water

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse to your preferred thickness. The longer you blend the smoother the taste and texture.

Consider adding some Chia Seeds to the smoothie.  Simply soak them in the cold water for 20 – 30 minutes before adding it to the blender.
