Coco-shake-it-up Smoothie

We have another wonderful smoothie recipe to brighten up your morning.  It is always fun to switch up smoothie recipes and try something new!  You can even use less water in this smoothie to turn it into a dessert and I would also suggest adding Coconut Manna to this great recipe! Yum!

Ingredients:

1/6 Slightly Peeled Orange (use peeler remove rind but not pith)
1/3 Banana
1/2 Frozen Organic Berry Mix
1/2 Cup Organic Plain Yogurt
Stevia to Taste
1-1/2 Cup Ice
Some Water (more for smoothie, less for dessert treat)
1-2 Tbs Ground Flax Meal

Recommended:

Try adding Nutiva Coconut Manna to taste in this smoothie.

Directions:

Place all in a Vitamix or blender for 20 sec.

Healthy!!

Can make w/o water for healthy “Ice Cream” treat!! Add more water for smoothie!!!
