Coconut Manna and Hempseed Chocolate Truffles

Kelly has come up with quite a delectable and healthy approach to Chocolate Truffles using Coconut Manna and Hempseeds.  Surprise your guests at your next dinner party with these delightful treats!  Don’t forget to keep us updated with your newest recipes by joining the Nutiva Recipe Club!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Nutiva Coconut Manna, melted
3 tbs. Coconut Nectar
6 Packets ZSweet
3 tbs. Filtered Water
1 tbs. Vanilla
1 tsp. Cinnamon
4 Rounded tbs. Carob Powder
4 Rounded tbs. Raw Cacao Powder
1 tbs. Cacao Nibs
1 tbs. Goji Berries
3 tbs. Nutiva Shelled Hempseeds

Directions:

1. In small bowl, blend melted Coconut Mana, Coconut Nectar, ZSweet, water, cinnamon, and vanilla.

2. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated.

3. With flat spatula using a folding motion, work in carob and cacao powder until smooth, pliable, and shiny like fudge.

4. With spatula, fold in Cacao Nibs and Goji berries.

5. Form into balls and roll in Hempseeds.

Makes 35, one-inch balls.

      You could substitute with something like Stevia, but we’d recommend getting your hands on come coconut “sugar.”
