Here’s a really easy and delicious morning smoothie recipe, using Nutiva Coconut Manna, Nutiva Hempseed, Almond Milk (we recommend Pacific’s Unsweetened) and some fresh or frozen fruit.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Almond Milk (Unsweetned)
- Fresh or Frozen fruit – banana, strawberries, etc
- 1 TBSP Coconut Manna™
- 2 TBSP Nutiva Hempseed
Blend. It’s that easy!
Regarding the Hempseeds: Some people (like myself) enjoy having a little crunchiness in their smoothies. Some do not. If you find yourself in the “do not” camp, simply blend the 2 TBSP Hempseed in about 4 oz of the Almond Milk first. This will break up the Hempseeds. Then put the rest of the items in the blender and mix ‘em up!
