Erin’s Hemp Shake

Ingredients:
1 packed Berry Pomegranate Hemp Shake
1 containter of organic, unsweetened apple sauce (for school lunches)
couple ice cubes
1 tbsp organic flax seed oil
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup organic vanilla rice milk (or soy milk, or almond milk)

Directions:
Put items in a blender and enjoy!
It tastes a bit like a berry muffin.
