Revitalizing Morning Smoothie

Here’s a great one to start the day.

1-2 cups of almond or rice milk
1-2 tbsps of Nutiva Organic Hemp Protein 50% powder
1 tbsp of  Nutiva Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
2 servings of fruit: 1 banana, 4 strawberries or a handful of blueberries
1 tsp cinnamon

Blend well and serve chilled.

Except for the banana (or fruit), this is what I have for breakfast and lunch EVERY DAY!! DELISH!!! Keeps me full for HOURS!!!

Ever since i started drinking two glasses of hemp protein per day, I’ve never felt better. I now wake up on my own sans alarm clock before 6 am and feel like sleeping at 10 pm. I sleep soundly through the night and have noticed my belly bloat slowly shrinking. Usually my evening walks result in huffing and puffing and lots of soreness and pain, tonight I had energy to spare when I got home and actually broke out in a good sweat. I’m gonna spread the word and get more people to enjoy the health I have form delicious Hemp protein.

My shake is 2 tablespoons fresh ground flax seed, 1 packet stevia powder, and three tablespoons plain hemp protein in 10 ounces of filtered water. I have this twice per day.
