
If you’ve got some time to slow cook a meal this one is sure to not disappoint. Add Hempseeds, Chia Seeds, and Hemp Protein to the mix and you are in for one hearty meal.

Ingredients:
1/2 C Quinoa (Rinse first)
3/4 C Lentils (Rinse first)
Mushrooms
2 Small Zucchini
1 Cup Diced Carrots
1 Medium Sweet Potato
1/4 C Chopped Parsley
Fresh Basil
2 -4 Sprigs Rosemary
1 Stick Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 -2 tsp Pepper
1/2 Diced Jalapeno Pepper
1/2 – 1 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Curry
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 Fresh Lemon
1/2 tsp Lemon Rind
1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 clove diced Garlic
2 Chopped Green Onions
1/4 C Coconut Milk
4 C Water
1Tbsp Nutiva Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Nutiva Hemp Protein
2 Tbsp. Nutiva Hemp Seeds *
Directions:
Throw all ingredients into CROCK POT, except *Hemp Seeds or added greens and cook on LOW for 4 – 4.5 hours.
