
These little Hemp Patties are quite flavorful and have a helping of Hemp Protein Powder for an extra Protein Boost!

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Nutiva Coconut Oil
2 Cloves Garlic
1/4 Cup Chopped Green Onion
Carrots
Zucchini
Organic Yellow Squash
Splash of White Wine Vinegar
Apple Cider Vinegar and
Fresh Lemon Juice
Nutiva Hemp Protein Powder 50%
1/3 C. Unsweetened SoDelciciousDairyFree Coconut Milk
2 tsp. Curry Powder
1-2 tsp.Cumin
1.5 tsp. Black Pepper & 1tsp. Red Pepper.
Can of Low Sodium White Kidney Beans (or any)
2 Tbsp. Flax Meal
Directions:
This Morselicious Recipe is Vegan/Gluten Free/Low Sodium & Low Sugar!
1. Saute Garlic & Green Onions in Coconut Oil over Medium Heat
2. Stir in diced or cubed Carrots, Zucchini, Organic Yellow Squash
3. Add splash of White Wine Vinegar, Apple Cider Vinegar and Fresh Lemon Juice
4. Cook about 9 minutes or until soft.
5. In a separate bowl, mix a scoop of Hemp Protein Powder with 1/3 Cup Unsweetened SoDelciciousDairyFree Coconut Milk, Add 2 tsp. Curry Powder, 1-2 tsp.Cumin, 1.5 tsp. Black Pepper & 1tsp. Red Pepper.
6. Add one can beans. (I used Low Sodium White Kidney Beans, which I rinsed from the can and soaked in water) -if time permits, you can soak your own beans overnight to reduce sodium even more.
7.Pour entire mixture into Saute Pan Over the veggies. Cook 4-5 minutes.
8. Set aside and cool.
9. Once cooled, Pour into large bowl and add 2 TBSP Flax Meal Shape into patties.
10. Pan fry in a heated skillet coated with Coconut Oil
