This recipe is more of a substitution than a recipe, because it doesn’t start from scratch. Nevertheless, it’s a great, quick substitution trick to make your favorite ready-prepared Hummus about 1,000% better. Spice up your next dinner party or gathering with James’ Nutiva Augmented Hummus!
Ingredients
- Your Favorite Hummus
- Nutiva Hempseed
- Nutiva Hemp Oil
- A Lemon
- Garlic
Directions:
1. Ordinary store-bought hummus leaves much to be desired.
Simply add some Nutiva Hemp Oil & shelled Hempseeds to taste plus some lemon juice, and it not only tastes better, it becomes a GREAT substitute on sandwiches for mayo.
2. Or eat it as a dip like normal hummus. You can also add garlic if you’re like me and enjoy garlic. This is all almost too simple to call a recipe, you just add Nutiva’s products to hummus & stir.
Just don’t tell your guests that it started with regular old store-bought hummus!
