
I absolutely love pineapple and this smoothie wins the most delicious use of pineapple award. Our chef Evan Rilling really knocked this one out of the park! This recipe is packed full of delicious Hempseeds and Coconut Oil and I’m sure you can find many other uses for the the Hemp Mac Milk recipe!

Ingredients for Hemp Mac Milk:
3 Cups Filtered Water
1½ Cups Raw Macadamia Nuts
½ Cup Nutiva Hempseeds
2 Tablespoons Nutiva Coconut Oil
3 Tablespoons Raw Honey
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Sea Salt
Directions for Hemp Mac Milk:
1. In a Vita-Mix, blend the nuts and water on a high speed for about two minutes.
2. Strain with a nut bag.
3. Add strained milk back to the blender along with the rest of the ingredients and blend on high for 30 seconds.
Ingredients for Pineapple Hemp Mac Smoothie:
1½ Cups Hemp Mac Milk
3 Cups Frozen Diced Pineapple
¼ Teaspoon Ground Cardamom
5 Drops Stevia Extract (you can replace Stevia with Raw Honey)
Directions for Pineapple Hemp Mac Smoothie:
1. Place ingredients in a Vita-Mix and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses and top with hemp seeds or chopped Macadamia nuts.
