
Use your Coconut Oil to stir fry all these yummy veggies and top it off with Chia Seeds.

Ingredients:
Nutiva Coconut Oil
Chia Seeds
Carrot
Broccoli
Potatoes
Garlic
Turmeric Powder
Sea Salt
Paprika
Directions:
1. Slice 1 carrot, dice 1 small broccoli, slice/dice 2 potatoes the way they make you happy. (in other words, if you’re happy with their thickness and size, they’re good.) Dice the garlic too.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of virgin coconut oil to the pan.
3. Throw in diced garlic, followed by the potatoes, carrot and broccoli.
4. Add a dash of sea salt and paprika to taste, and as much turmeric powder as you like.
5. Sitr-Fry for 3-5 minutes.
6. Serve. add 1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds. Feel free to add more virgin coconut oil on the dish.
