
Here we have a wonderful Stuffed Apple with Coconut Oil, Hemp Protein, Walnuts and more! These would be perfect for an after dinner treat.

Ingredients:
1 Apple-any kind
1-1/2 T Nutiva Coconut Oil
1-t Nutiva Hemp Protein 15g
1-T Cocoa Nibs (ground) Cocoa can be substituted
1-t Cinnamon
3-T Agave Nectar
1-t Shredded Coconut
1-t walnut pieces
1/4c- water
Directions:
1. Take one apple any kind, core the apple, and then grate the skin off the apple with a grater(set aside).
2. Combine hemp protein, cocoa nibs, and cinnamon in a coffee/herb grinder. Grind until smooth.
3. Spread coconut oil over entire apple. Pour into a small bowl and roll apple in mixture til completely covered.
4. Take grated apple skin, shredded coconut, walnuts and the rest of the combined mixture and mix thoroughly in small bowl then combine with agave nectar and stuff the core of the apple with the mixture (you will have some mixture left over, just it it:).
5. Drizzle apple with agave. Place in small baking pan and add 1/4 c water, then add place apple in pan.
6. Bake for 45 minutes covered at 400.
You can increase serving size by doubling, tripling, etc. the recipe:)
