1 Pound Butternut Squash peeled, seeded and cut into 1-2″ chunks
1/2 Cup chèvre (goat cheese)
1/4 Cup Nutiva Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup Nutiva Hempseeds
1/4 Cup Grated Pecarino Romano Cheese
