Here is a recipe that will surely put a smile on your family’s faces. Yummy Hemp, oatmeal and coconut oil come together to make one super-great batch of cookies.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup of Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
1 cup of sugar or substitute
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup of flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup of oats
1/2 cup of Nutiva Hemp Seeds

This Quinoa Coconut Cilantro Pesto Salad will make a wonderfully tasty and beautiful addition to your dinner table.  Oh, and it tastes really great too!

Ingredients:

1 cup organic quinoa
1/2 cup Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil (liquified)
1 ripe organic avocado
1 pint organic cherry tomatoes, halved
4-6 cloves organic garlic
1/2 cup organic cilantro, leaves only
1/2 cup raw organic walnuts
Organic sea salt to taste.

This Raw German Chocolate Cake looks like pure decadence, but really isn’t.

Not only does this lovely cake require no baking, it’s also raw, so all of its natural goodness is preserved in all of these wonderful ingredients.

Ingredients:

Cake:
8 cup almonds (ground to flour consistency)
20 oz. date paste

3/4 cup cacao powder (more if needed)
1/2 cup coconut milk
4 tablespoons organic vanilla extract
