These raw, delicious crunchy munchies go great on a salad, or throw them in a bag when you are on the go. Loaded with super nutrients, these will surely add an energy boost to your day!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Nutiva Hemp Seeds
1 1/4 cups raw cashews
2 red bell peppers
4 teaspoons sesame tahini (optional)
1 cup water (as needed)
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
4 teaspoons nama shoyu (or tamari)
3 Tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional – not raw but adds a cheesy flavor)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon tumeric powder
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
pinch of cayenne, optional

This beautiful Vegan Zucchini Lasagna has 3 types of Nutiva Hemp Seed-based cheeses and looks like one amazing entree.  Inspired to make dinner tonight?  We thought you would be!

Ingredients:

5 whole-wheat lasagna noodles (cooked to al dente)
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 small zucchinis, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
7.5 oz. Nutiva Hemp Seed based ricotta cheese*
¼ onion, finely diced
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Pinch ground nutmeg
2 cups tomato sauce (separated) (make your own or from a jar/can)
1/3 cup diced Nutiva Hemp Seed based mozzarella cheese*
1/8 cup Nutiva Hemp Seed based Parmesan alternative*

Here is a recipe that will surely put a smile on your family’s faces. Yummy Hemp, oatmeal and coconut oil come together to make one super-great batch of cookies.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup of Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
1 cup of sugar or substitute
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup of flour
1 tsp baking soda
