Red Bean Soup with Coconut Milk and Tapioca

1 C red beans (soaked in water over night)
1 can coconut milk
1 slab of rock sugar
2 Tbsp of condensed milk

Vanilla Oatmeal with Pan-Fried Cinnamon Apples

3 C of oatmeal
3 C of filtered water
3 Tbsp whey, lemon juice, whole yogurt, buttermilk, apple cider vinegar, or other acid
