recipe below) Directions:Puree the chickpeas in a blender, add the other ingredients, and blend until the texture is smooth and creamy. Makes two cups.
Hempseed TahiniIngredients:1 cup shelled hempseeds Directions:Toast the seeds and finely grind them in a blender. Combine them with the oil and mix to a smooth paste. The mixture may require the water to keep it moist. Add the resulting tahini to homemade hempseed hummus (see above). |
