This extra virgin coconut oil is a real miracle worker. I use it on my skin, eat it by the spoonful, and use it for panfrying. For those who used to love heavily-buttered english muffins, and who gave it up for obvious reasons, weep no more :-). It's even better with coconut oil, just as tasty and it is so good for you. Eating quantities of coconut oil can lower bp, cholesterol, kill candida, and help you to lose weight. I am finishing my first 29 oz jar, and ordering the big one. Love this stuff and I highly recommend this brand.

Your Coconut Oil was the first brand i tried and it was the best. I have tried 2 other brands since and they have to meet high expectations and they have not lived up to it. Yours is best hands down. It taste the freshest and like real coconut. I recently bought a whole Gallon Virgin, Organ. CO at Tropical Traditions (per recommendation from others) and i am struggling to get through it. It's just bland with a plastic taste in the background. I still have to use up 1/2 gallon yet. I might consider using some for body lotion.

Right now I have to let you know that I believe you have the best tasting coconut oil out there. After I ran out of yours, I decided to buy some Organic Virgin Coconut Oil from Tropical Traditions because Dr. Mercola and others raved about it. I do like the fact that theirs is in glass containers and yours is not but for smell and taste, your's surpasses theirs. I am using theirs right now and I don't like the smell of it. Your coconut oil has an awesome smell and taste. I am going to buy some of yours to use with theirs until the product I bought from Tropical Traditions is used up and then I plan on buying Nutiva's only. Thank you. Hi I have the 54oz Nutiva extra virgin coconut oil. I love it and use it for everything. I use it for cooking, face and body moisturizer, hair conditioner and even my dog could not live without it. He loves it so much he won't eat his food without it. I tried substituting it with fish oil, olive oil, cod liver oil and he used to eat it now he wouldn't touch it. I am looking for Dog treats that uses coconut oil but could not find any. So I tried to google search for any dog treat recipes with coconut oil and still could not find any. Any suggestions? I want to bake treats for my dog that are healthy. Thanks.

I love this coconut oil! It has a delicate coconut aroma and flavor. I have only just started using it but have found it to be delicious when making pancakes in lieu of using butter. I have also used it as a substitute for butter when making grilled cheese sandwiches and baked sweet potatoes. It will do wonders for your hair and skin too. I especially like using it as a hot oil treatment for my hair.

Incredible. I would say you have to try it to believe it, but its more economical to just get the 54 oz because you this will be your new oil of choice. And it will go fast. Nutiva's process makes this oil so unique.

The Nutiva HempShake Berry Pom ingredients are excellent - lots of care in the sourcing of each item. Also, it tastes well. I mixed it in unsweetened vanilla flavored almond milk and it was very pleasant. Not too sweet - just mild and easy to take. Tip: Use a shaker cup to mix this.

The skin is a great delivery system for absorbing things into your body. So what are you putting on your skin? Read the ingredients on your handcream or body lotion. Are they good for you? Don't know? Can you even pronounce them? Let's keep it simple. Virgin organic coconut oil.

Snowy white, unrefined, heavenly smell - this stuff is terrific!! Solid at room temperature, smooth and buttery and melts at 76 degrees; cook/fry with it on low heat for a healthy and fragrant alternative to all those ulgy refined oils and hydrogenated trans fats (YUCK!), use as a lighter butter or shortening alternative (there's not a lot of flavor and the smell is intoxicating); use as hand cream (rub it on - only gets greasy if you really over load the area) I use it as a body lotion all over my body (my skin feels soft and smooth like it did when I was a child), hair conditioner (a light deep conditioner); anti-fungal properties (put it between your toes for goodness sake!) make-up remover - voila! ear wax? I put a tiny bit of this on a q-tip; moist toilette wipes? ssshh... try a touch of this on your t.p. - and I could go on and on...

It must be organic and virgin coconut oil - anything else is something else and unexceptable. I understand that it is fine for diets, and speeds up the metabolism (its those little medium fatty acid chains). Don't take my word for it - read all about it for yourself! And yes, I feed it to my dog and cat, my cat loves it - and he won't eat anything! Actually, I don't think that he can resist the smell, I can't! Another one of those items that I out on my favorite things list!

Wonderful product for light pan frying and cooking. I also use it mixed with unscented moisturizing lotion and aloe vera on my skin and hair. Unlike seed oils (safflower, sunflower, etc.) this oil does not become rancid or get "sticky" after sitting unrefigerated, even for several months. Evidence shows that coconut oil stimulates thyroid function and has wonderful antimicrobial/antiviral properties. The antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal properties of the medium chain fatty acids found in coconut oil have been known to scientists since the 1960s. This is a quality product sold at a very reasonable price.

This really is an amazing oil. When used to cook; the structure doesn't break down like other oils, even other healthful oils like olive oil. The flavor is wonderful and adds real pizzazz to the foods you cook with it. Take a closer look into the benefits of this oil we've been conditioned to think is so bad. The price is definitely worth the product and the rates here are among the best I've found.

Clean-up is a breeze with the Nutiva organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil! I fried boneless chicken breast for the first time using this product. First of all, the smell of the oil was heavenly! Secondly, I used just enough to form about 1/8th of an inch layer of oil to fry the chicken in. The chicken fried beautifully! All I do is put a little salt and freshly ground pepper on my chicken to fry it. I was busy on the computer while it was cooking and forgot to check it for awhile.. and thought I had burned it. When I turned the chicken over, it was NOT burned at all. If it had been any other oil, not only would it have been burned, it would have formed a hard crust on the chicken. This oil did neither! I couldn't believe it!

When my fiance ate the chicken he commented on how good it was! I had not told him I tried a new oil, but gladly did after he praised me for the taste of the chicken! I got busy and did not wash the pan after dinner last night. I did not soak the pan either. I always hate cleaning the pan after frying chicken. I have to soak and scrub and scrub to get the baked on chicken off. Not today! I put the pan into the sink and something in my gut told me to use the sprayer. So I sprayed water over the pan. Almost everything disappeared!! I took my washcloth and rubbed over the pan effortlessly and it was clean! I will never fry chicken in anything else than the coconut oil. As a matter of fact, I am not using olive oil or any other oils anymore.
