step 1: grab your greens (and then some)

Starting with step 1, layer a large bowl with all greens ingredients desired.
Continue to build out your superfood salad, layer-by-layer.
You’ll watch the bowl transform into a vibrant meal right before your eyes.
After you choose your dressing (step 7), mix the entire salad together using your hands or salad spoon.
Eat as much as you can and if you have leftovers, store in a jar (in the fridge) for later or for tomorrow’s lunch!
