UPS takes another 5 to 7 business days to reach some areas of the U.S., depending on weather. You should receive an automatic shipment confirmation email with the tracking number.

Remember to include a copy of your packing slip (or a piece of paper, your order ID number,  name, address, email address, and phone number) and a note with the reason for your return so we know who to credit for the return. Once we have received it we will credit the card used to charge the order.
Alternatively, we can send you a pre-paid UPS return label for your return and we would deduct our discounted rate for shipping from your refund.
