Ingredients
- 1 C peanut butter
- 2 T maple syrup
- 9 T coconut flour
- 1/4 c Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
- raspberry jam (or jam of choice)

In a bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut flour, and melted coconut oil. Add 1/2 of the PB mixture to muffin cups and let freeze till hard (about 10 min). Top each cup with a spoonful of jam and the remaining pb mixture. Freeze until hardened, and enjoy. Can store in freezer or fridge once harden.
