All-Day Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen; can be substituted with blackberries)
  • 2 Strawberries
  • 1 Medjool Date
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Sunflower Butter
  • 1 tsp Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Organic Hemp Seed Protein
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Green Food Powder (optional)

Instruction

1. Throw everything in the blender and process until smooth and creamy.
