Chocolate Berry MCT Shake

Ingredients

1½ cups plant-based milk (we used almond)
2–3 tbsp Organic MCT Powder
1–2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2–3 tbsp nut butter (we used peanut butter)
1 frozen banana
½ cup frozen berries (we used blackberries and blueberries)

Instruction

Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
