1/2 tsp adaptogens of choice— ex: ashwagandha, shatavari
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1/2 tsp organic coconut sugar

1. In a small saucepan, warm all of the ingredients. Pour into your favorite tea bowl and whisk until everything is combined. Another quick option would be to add all the warmed ingredients to blender for 30 seconds. Once your brew is nice and frothy, adjust the sweetness to your liking and enjoy!
